Gabriel's Fountain Premium Ice Cream Cakes are the BEST you can get! We make all of our cakes on the premises using the freshest premium quality ice creams and yogurts. We take pride in decorating our cakes in a variety of colors and are willing to draw almost anything on them. Bring in your ideas, and we will do our best to reproduce it on a cake!

All of our standard cakes are made of two layers of ice cream. One layer will be vanilla and the other layer chocolate. We use the best quality cookie crunch to separate the two layers. We can also make custom flavors cakes, BUT we need 2-3 days notice.

We also have freshly made ice cream cakes in our freezer for immediate pickup. Call us and we will check our freshly made stock to see if we have a combination of flavors that would work for you!  732-469-5800

      Here at Gabriel's we do custom art work for you. There will be a small art charge for artwork that takes more the 10 minutes. The prices for our cakes include basic flowers, balloons,  stars, writing, sprinkles etc. We will call you with the extra charge for special art work!

Remember we need three days to process your custom cake for you to pickup. One day for the first layer, one day for second layer, one day for icing and decorating.
